All orders are processed and shipped within 6 to 21 business days, depending on your location. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or for large orders, but we strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

We provide standard shipping for all orders. The specific shipping carrier for your order will depend on the destination country. Rest assured, we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD 100. 
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 20 applies. 
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. 

  1. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, if your order is delayed beyond 21 business days, you will receive a refund of AUD 5 as compensation for the delay. We ask that you contact our customer support team if your order hasn't arrived after 21 business days. 

  1. International Duties, Customs, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other import fees upon receiving the product. These costs are not included in our shipping rates and may vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
